He was a husband, father, grandfather, friend, teacher, mentor, and coach. During his 76 years. John Knowles influenced countless lives. Today, after his death on November 30, his legacy lives on in his children and grandchildren, as well as the many athletes he coached and students he taught in our local community.
Save the Date: 17th Annual Heart Ball Gala
As a rural hospital, Bonner General Health is unique in that it offers many services one may not typically find in small towns, prividing patients the option of staying close to home to receive medical care. This year's Heart Ball, put on by the Bonner General Health Foundation, seeks to raise funds to add another essential program for those recovering from injury, stroke, or illness.
Stephanie Amato knows firsthand how proper skin care can transform not only one's looks but also one's confidence. As the owner of La Tana Beauty, Amato had her first facial when her daughter was three years old. After that, there was no turning back She spent most of her life struggling with PCOS and acne as a teen. Pregnancy was also really hard on her skin.
